Celebrating Ten Years of Impact: Leadership Transition at Learning Heroes

As Learning Heroes marks our 10-year anniversary, we are excited to be setting the stage for the next chapter of our growth and impact. Effective February 2025, Bibb will transition from President to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and David will step into the role of President.

This transition takes place within the backdrop of the team‘s strategic planning process, which builds on our momentum and deepens impact while catalyzing the scale of research-based strategies.

As CEO, Bibb will continue to provide the long-term strategic vision for Learning Heroes by prioritizing her time in an external-facing leadership position, informing and influencing emerging trends in education and maximizing opportunities that support the vital role families play in student and school success.

As President, David, who joined Learning Heroes as its first hire, will continue to lean into his passion for team building and communications while overseeing the organization’s operations, programs, and strategy.

We are excited about Learning Heroes’ next chapter of impact and look forward to continuing this important work with our national and local partners.

“As Learning Heroes celebrates ten years, informed by all of the listening and learning we’ve done alongside families and educators across the country, we are more certain than ever of the powerful connection between strong family-school partnerships and addressing some of the biggest challenges in education. Bibb and David’s leadership will be critical in guiding our work forward.”
